Bring your three-person team and join other nonprofits for a high-impact, 3-day workshop experience. You’ll walk away with team-wide alignment and a solid kickstart to customizing your Impact OS.
Perfect for organizations who don’t want to do it alone but aren’t ready for full support yet, or who want to try it out before making a full commitment. It helps you down the road quickly and gives you what you need to finish the rest on your own.
What the ImpactLite Includes:
- Access for up to 3 team members in a collaborative workshop environment
- Impact OS books for each participant
- Guides to help you keep momentum during and after the 3-days
- Training in the workshop for Weekly Impact Check-in
- Integration Plan is 50% completed by the end of the 3-days, but you’ll have the coaching to finish fleshing it out with your team.
- Your custom OS is —35% completed by the end of the 3-days, but you’ll have a roadmap to finish the rest on your own.
