Doug Paul
As a thought leader and best-selling author who has spent 20+ years helping nonprofits navigate transformative growth, Doug is the co-founder and CEO of the ImpactCo, and creator of the ImpactOS. His experience spans nonprofit leadership, innovation, and adaptive planning, with a focus on keeping organizations resilient and driving towards their real-life vision in an ever-changing landscape.
Fun fact: He is very, very, VERY colorblind.
Andy Graham
Originally from Northern Ireland, he serves as co-founder, President and Lead Strategist at ImpactCo, where he helped shape the Impact Operating System. He specializes in navigating strategic pivots and helping Executive Teams create alignment between mission and execution.
Fun fact: When he was 15 years old, he worked on a potato farm breeding new kinds of potatoes.
