For David Bergman, David Holsten & Jeff Kessler
A few things ahead of Friday
Some resources to get you oriented before our call, and answers to a couple of questions we imagine are already on your mind.To David Bergman, David Holsten (CEO) & Jeff Kessler (CIO)
We're looking forward to Friday. David, you mentioned wanting to talk with a similarly sized organization that's already gone through an ImpactOS implementation, and we're working on lining that up for you now.
One question we hear constantly from teams sizing up ImpactOS is how it actually compares to EOS. You'll likely have it on your mind too, so we've put together a straightforward guide below.
For an organization MAF's size, there are two pathways worth understanding: ImpactPro and ImpactPremium. Both are laid out in full in the Prospectus, side by side, so you can see what each includes and how the timeline and investment differ. The Info Pack gives you the wider picture first, how we actually work alongside an organization once an engagement begins.
When we built ImpactOS, we had one goal. We wanted something ministries could use that was actually built for ministries from the ground up, not adapted from a system meant for a different kind of organization. It still flexes to your specific DNA, your mission, and the way your leadership team already works, without asking you to bend yourselves into someone else's model. We built it to remove what we've come to call the sand in the gears, the friction that shows up when a purely secular operating system gets pressed onto a ministry. The design challenge we started with was blunt: integrate the operating system into an organization in half the time, at half the price.
